International 

  1. Free shipping £200 & over
  2. ​Flat rate shipping on all orders under £200 will be calculated at checkout.
  3. ​Shipping time: 7 - 28 days

RETURNS & REFUNDS

We do not offer refunds or returns. This means that once the order is placed you cannot retract this decision.

Customs charges

When we ship to different countries, you MAY incur customs charges. However, we ARE NOT responsible for this extra cost. 

LOST PACKAGES

When entering your address at checkout, please ensure to double check that you have entered the correct address. In the event that you enter your address incorrectly, then we do hold the right to refuse a refund/reshipment of your order as we are not responsible for your actions and we are not at fault for this error. By purchasing from our website, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions, meaning that you cannot hold us accountable. 

One your package leaves our vicinity, we will send you a tracking number in a shipping conformation email. You are responsible for tracking your own package as it becomes very difficult to track every one of our orders. If you're dealing with failed deliveries, or lost/stolen packages, we have NO ABILITY to assist you as once your order leaves us, the responsibility lies with the courier. It is your responsibility to provide a correct mailing address where your items can be safely delivered. We ship our parcels through ROYAL MAIL and HERMES. Here are the contact numbers:
